2. About EkXam.com

EkXam.com is a free, independent, privately operated online practice portal designed to help students and aspirants across India prepare for a range of competitive examinations — including NEET (UG), MPSC Combined Prelims (PSI/STI/ASO), SSC CGL Tier 1, NMMS, Maharashtra State Scholarships (PUP & PSS), and others added over time. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the National Testing Agency (NTA), Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Maharashtra State Council of Examinations (MSCE Pune), the Ministry of Education, Government of India, the Government of Maharashtra, any school, or any other government or examining body.

• The portal is free for all registered students and aspirants.
• No fees are charged for practice papers, scores, points, or any feature.
• The portal may display advertisements on certain pages to support free operations.
• All trademarks, exam names, and official material referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for educational reference only.

3. Practice Content Disclaimer

All content on EkXam.com including question papers, answers, explanations, and study notes is subject to the following conditions:

• Content is created based on the general published syllabus of each examination (NEET — NCERT Class 11 & 12; MPSC PSI/STI/ASO Combined Prelims; SSC CGL Tier 1; NMMS; Maharashtra PUP & PSS) and publicly available examination guidelines.
• Questions on this portal may not appear in the actual examination. EkXam.com does not have access to official question banks or future examination papers.
• Answer explanations ("Answer Logic") are provided as educational guidance only. Official correct answers may differ from those provided here.
• Content is periodically reviewed but may contain errors or outdated information. Examination patterns and syllabi can change without notice from the respective authorities.
• EkXam.com shall not be held responsible for any incorrect answer or explanation that may mislead a student or aspirant.
• Students should always cross-verify information with their school textbooks, coaching material, teachers, and the official source of the relevant exam (NTA, MPSC, SSC, MSCE Pune, etc.).

4. Student Registration & Account

• Registration is open to students of Standard 4 and Standard 7 (and other standards) in Maharashtra.
• A parent or guardian must be involved in registration. The parent's mobile number and email address are used as login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• One account per student. Multiple accounts for the same student are not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (mobile/email and password) confidential. Do not share your password with others.
• EkXam.com reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

5. Student Data & Privacy

• Student data (name, date of birth, school details, Aadhar number, parent contact) is collected during registration for identification and communication purposes only.
• Data is stored locally in the browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to any third-party server except as required for OTP verification.
• We do not sell, share, or rent student personal data to any third party.
• Aadhar numbers are stored for format verification only and are not shared with any government or private agency by this portal.
• Parent email addresses may be used to send OTP for verification and important portal notifications only.
• Students and parents may request deletion of their account data by contacting info@ekxam.com.
• This portal complies with applicable Indian data protection principles.

6. Advertisements

• The homepage of EkXam.com displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of this portal.
• No advertisements are displayed to logged-in students while they are practising.
• EkXam.com does not endorse any advertised product or service.
• Advertisement content is managed by Google and may be personalised based on general browsing behaviour. Students and parents can manage ad preferences through Google's ad settings.

7. Points & Rewards System

• The points and milestones system is designed purely for motivation and to encourage regular practice.
• Points earned on EkXam.com have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for any reward, prize, or scholarship.
• Points are stored locally on the student's device and may be lost if the browser data is cleared.
• EkXam.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the points system at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on EkXam.com — including question papers, answer explanations, design, and code — is the intellectual property of EkXam.com.
• Students and parents may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial practice purposes.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from this portal without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Screenshots of question papers may be taken for personal study notes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

EkXam.com provides this portal on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EkXam.com makes no warranties that the portal will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content is completely accurate.
• EkXam.com is not responsible for any examination results, whether positive or negative, of any student who has used this portal.
• EkXam.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from the use of or inability to use this portal.
• In all cases, EkXam.com's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (which is ₹0 as the portal is free).
